Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to serve as the dedicated quality focal for the solid rocket motor supply chain at the McHenry, Mississippi facility. The role involves direct engagement with suppliers to ensure quality across all production phases.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering within the aerospace or defense sectors. Responsibilities include managing supplier corrective actions and monitoring quality metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supplier quality engineering experience in aerospace, defense, or propulsion manufacturing.
• Experience scaling supplier quality from development to full-rate production.
• Proficiency in AS9100/ISO 9001 quality management system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a supplier quality focal for Rocket Motor Systems at the McHenry facility.
• Act as the first responder for supplier quality issues.
• Own the supplier corrective action lifecycle for RMS.
