Job summary

Brose Fahrzeugteile GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a seasoned Quality leader to drive shop floor quality activities, lead the QA and Salvage teams, and own scrap and rework processes at our Michigan plant.

You will mentor auditors, set audit concepts, and ensure adherence to Brose standards while coordinating with PQC and plant leadership. The role focuses on reducing defects, improving reporting tools, and guiding career development for the quality team, with a comprehensive benefits package and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in the area of quality.
• Ideally 1–3 years in a quality specialist role within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shop floor quality activities to protect Brose and customers.
• Lead Quality Auditors and Salvage Team; develop skills and careers.
• Provide escalation support for quality issues to leadership and customers.
• Own scrap, salvage and rework processes and related KPI reporting.
• Mentor QA and Salvage Operators on quality issues and problem solving.
• Define and monitor shopfloor audit concepts and enforce Brose rules.
