Job summary

Brose North America Inc. is seeking a seasoned quality leader to coordinate daily shop floor quality activities, mentor QA staff, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

You will own scrap, salvage and rework processes, manage quality KPIs, and lead initiatives with the PQC to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. A strong emphasis is placed on training and developing talent within the quality team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in quality, ideally 1–3 years in automotive quality roles.
• Knowledge of planning and optimizing quality processes and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shop floor quality activities to protect Brose and customers.
• Lead Quality Auditors and Salvage Team, driving career development.
• Escalation support for quality issues and leadership during internal/customer issues.
• Own plant scrap, salvage and rework processes and related reporting tools.
