Responsibilities

• Reviews and understands product specifications and design documents
• Implements inspection and testing methods for accuracy of products and equipment
• Designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms
• Conducts quality assurance tests
• Performs statistical analysis to determine quality gaps and responsibility
• Performs defect analysis using quality process methods
• Prepares and maintains various QA reports
• Investigates customer complaints and develops corrective actions
• Communicates QA issues with operators and technicians daily
• Manages multiple projects within design specs and budget
• Keeps up-to-date with QA codes and standards
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

• Report quality problems to prevent recurrence
