Job summary

Aptiv Interconnect is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Core Engineering team responsible for managing Qualified Product List (QPL) products. You will oversee testing protocols and government compliance across North America, ensuring certification standards are met for our connectors.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering in a relevant field; PM certification preferred.
• 5 years experience in a related field, ideally connectivity.
• US Person residing in the USA with knowledge of government standards.
• Experience in connectivity/manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a current and comprehensive understanding of the QPL for Aptiv Interconnect.
• Present status, highlights and requirements to upper management regularly.
• Communicate with sites and business units to identify opportunities and actions.
• Maintain and improve testing schedules across multi-year life cycles.
• Ensure labs are capable and available to test to government requirements.
