Job summary

HarcoSemco is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead design and improvements of manufacturing processes, implement quality policies and systems, and drive continuous improvement across products and production lines.

You will ensure compliance with ISO9001/AS9100, participate in MRB and CAPA activities, analyze NCs with root causes, and mentor cross-functional teams while traveling up to 15% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; professional substitute allowed.
• 7–10 years in manufacturing preferred; aerospace experience advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of APQP/PPAP and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workflows, processes, and products meet safety and quality requirements.
• Design and implement methods for process control and inspection.
• Lead CAPAs, RCCA reports, and quality audits.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for root cause investigations.
