Job summary

G&W Electric is seeking a Sr Quality Engineer to develop, maintain, and improve the quality program for production operations. You will lead root cause analysis, PFMEA, NCRs, and supplier quality with a focus on ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in quality tools. Travel up to 10% and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3-5 years experience in quality engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing.
• Proven root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the quality program for production operations.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with supplier quality to address issues and drive improvements.
• Lead PFMEA reviews and assist with design reviews for manufacturability.
• Perform ISO 9001 internal audits to ensure compliance.
• Manage NCRs and MRB actions; drive 8D methodology.
