Job summary

Nextek, Inc. in Madison, Alabama is seeking a Quality Engineer to serve as Final QA Supervisor for a PCB assembly facility. You will write and verify specifications, support root cause analysis, and lead corrective actions.

This role requires IPC-610/JSTD familiarity, CAPA and MRB experience, and strong teamwork and communication. Must be a US citizen; onsite work with competitive benefits and 100% employer-paid programs.

Qualifications

• Familiar with IPC-610 and J STD workmanship standards (certification preferred).
• Knowledgeable in continuous improvement techniques and problem solving.
• Strong team player with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to review and approve AS9102 FARs and supplier data packages.
• Experience in ESD, FOD management, CAPA, non-conforming materials and MRB management.
• Provide technical support for all inspection processes.
• Flexible to changing work schedules and see activities through to completion.
• Must be a US citizen.
