Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in the United States seeks a Senior Quality Engineer for New Product Development, stationed on-site in St. Pauls, NC. You will accelerate speed-to-market while preserving product quality across stages, collaborating with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.

You will lead quality initiatives, perform root-cause analyses, manage PFMEAs, and drive robust corrective actions to meet customer and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• 7+ years applying total quality concepts in manufacturing.
• Experience in new product development and SPC/analytical techniques.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and quality principles; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in Stage Gate processes to ensure timely quality actions.
• Handle customer quality issues; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, suppliers, and customers to drive quality improvements.
• Maintain quality systems, audits, and certifications; advance quality tools (RCCA, PPAP, gage R&R).
• Support MOR analysis, data integrity, and strategic planning.
