• 5+ years of progressive Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and CAPA processes.
• Experience conducting internal and supplier audits and leading investigations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and improve QMS processes and procedures.
• Lead root cause investigations and CAPA actions.
• Analyze quality data, trends, and customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Conduct process, product, supplier, and internal audits.
• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, quality procedures, inspection plans, and control plans.
• Manage non-conformances (NCRs) and customer quality concerns.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality tools.
• Conduct risk assessments, failure analysis, and process improvement activities.
• Mentor team members and promote quality best practices across the organization.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and alignment with customer requirements.
