Job summary

Crane Pumps & Systems is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer to enhance quality management systems in Piqua, OH. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes while collaborating closely with various teams such as Engineering and Operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, significant experience in manufacturing, and a strong background in problem-solving and quality tools

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in a manufacturing or quality role.
• Fluency in drawings/specifications and GD&T.
• Evidence of data-driven improvement.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the Quality Management System for compliance.
• Lead end-to-end CAPA processes.
• Oversee PPAP submissions for parts and processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
