Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field and 12 years related field experience.
• ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditor certification is required.
• Five years of process improvement experience required.
• SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan experiences required.
• Proficiency in Windows Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CAD required.
• Demonstrates strong supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Capability to perform multi-tasks.

Aufgaben

• Maintains ISO/TS 16949 QMS in line with customer specifications and standards.
• Monitors quality standards of the organization and its processes.
• Manages ongoing process improvement and development of new processes.
• Develops annual internal and external QMS audit plans.
• Trains internal auditors and department specialists/team members.
• Conducts internal audits per annual schedule and manages 2nd/3rd party audits.
• Supervises department team members and manages financial information.
• Leads quality innovation activities and sets up monitoring systems.
• Develops quality strategy planning and reviews risk areas.
• Controls failure costs (internal and field) and minimizes downtime.
• Forecasts field quality issue trends and drives corrective actions.
• Develops annual business plan and manages management reviews and reports.
• Reviews and approves department documents; resolves customer concerns.
• Develops corrective action plans for customer claims.
