You will own the quality strategy across the prompt, in-browser experience, and generated output, while delivering deterministic automation with modern web tools and strong collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing software quality / SDET roles.
• Automation experience with modern web frameworks (Playwright/Cypress) and coding in TS/JS; Python a plus.
• Experience designing test strategy for AI/ML/LLM-powered features and evaluation datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality strategy for a new AI-first web application.
• Build and maintain modern web test automation and supporting infrastructure.
• Stand up evaluation harnesses for automated workflows and safety checks.
• Ensure quality for real-time web product across performance, resilience, accessibility, and cross-device coverage.
• Embed quality into CI/CD with release gates and telemetry-driven signals.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to promote testability and shift-left practices.
