Job summary

Challenge Mfg. Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Quality Engineer to analyze production processes and ensure internal and external quality requirements are met.

You will lead Safe Launch hand-offs, coordinate documentation, and maintain quality systems post-launch while serving as the customer contact for quality concerns. The role requires an associate degree (or higher) with 5+ years related experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred and 10–15 years of related experience is also valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher and related experience required.
• Experience with APQP/PPAP processes and quality documentation preferred.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality analysis on production inputs/outputs to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate Safe Launch hand-off and PPAP documentation.
• Maintain Quality System changes post-launch and act as customer contact.
• Guide Quality Technicians and floor staff on inspection methods and documentation.
