Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of Quality Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience leading yield improvement in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with failure analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality through audits, line walks, and outgoing quality checks.
• Lead NPI quality readiness and establish control plans.
• Act as a pacesetter for problem-solving excellence.

Skills

Quality Engineering experience supporting electronics manufacturing

Strong knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes

Demonstrated expertise with IPC requirements

Experience analyzing ICT and test data

Root-cause investigations and corrective actions

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field
