Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 4–10 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or process engineering.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/TS16949, AS9100.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, statistical tools, and technical modeling.

Responsibilities

• Drive product quality, process capability, and continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
• Conduct inspections for final product and incoming materials; maintain documentation.
• Perform internal and supplier audits aligned with ISO 9001, ISO/TS16949, and AS9100.
• Manage nonconforming material and determine disposition (rework, deviation, scrap).
• Prepare customer approval packages including PPAP, MRB, and first article documentation.
• Lead improvement projects to enhance product quality and process performance.
