Job summary

Indiana Automotive Fasteners is seeking a Quality Engineer to uphold and improve our ISO/IATF quality systems in Greenfield, Indiana. You will lead nonconformance resolution, perform data-driven analysis, and drive cross-functional quality improvements across manufacturing, supplier, and customer interfaces.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, 3+ years in automotive quality, GD&T knowledge, and AIAG Core Tools experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 3+ years in quality/manufacturing with engineered products; automotive preferred.
• Ability to read customer/supplier/internal drawings; GD&T familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develops and attains company, department, and personal goals.
• Maintains Nonconformance System and communicates issues to facilitate containment and corrective action.
• Analyses data to visualize problems and supports Manufacturing Floor Quality.
• Leads improvement efforts with stakeholders across departments.
• Leads problem solving using PDCA and 5-why analysis.
