Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to develop and implement quality assurance strategies, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement across products and processes.

In this role you will partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure compliance with ISO/AS9100 and customer requirements, deliver data-driven improvements, and support regulatory and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quality engineering in manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 or equivalent.
  • Proficient with RCA, FMEA, SPC and CAPA processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Experience in aerospace/defense or high-reliability industries.
  • ASQ CQE certification is a plus.
  • Six Sigma or Lean knowledge is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Senior Quality Engineer (Finance)

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirement
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance product quality

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or related roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar standards
  • Proficiency in quality tools including root cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, and corrective/preventive action processes
WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability industries
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
  • Proficient in Quality Management Systems
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies and certifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives
