Qualifications

• STEM degree at bachelor level or higher or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain Secret level security clearance.
• Experience developing inspection methods, work instructions and procedures.
• Understanding of drawings, specifications, contracts for QE processes and metrics.
• Ability to analyze technical/process issues from simple to complex and resolve them.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation for internal and external manufacturing processes to assure quality.
• Support IPTs and production sites with quality data reviews on failures, yields, and non-conformances.
• Analyze and resolve design, manufacturing, and process issues ranging from basic to complex.
• Attend corrective action meetings, identify trends, and drive root cause and corrective actions.
• Participate in MRB and FRB processes, disposition non-conforming hardware and containment.
• Perform assessments to ensure compliance with ISO-9001/AS9100 and related procedures.
