Job summary

Electra seeks a Principal Quality Engineer to join a dual-site role spanning Manassas, VA and future Springfield, OH. You will own day-to-day quality oversight across manufacturing, production, and flight test, and help build the QMS for FAA type and production certification.

You will lead MRB, drive lean quality, and partner with multiple teams to ensure regulatory compliance, training, and rate ramp readiness across sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quality engineering in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Experience supporting FAA certification programs.
• Develop and maintain compliant QMS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Represent Quality across Manassas, VA and Springfield, OH sites.
• Lead MRB disposition and non-conformance management.
• Develop and maintain FAA CFR 21.137 compliant QMS, including inspections.
