LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Senior Quality Engineer – Electronics Manufacturing to join their team. This organization is recognized for delivering high-performance display and electronic solutions across multiple industries, including medical devices, industrial equipment, and consumer technologies.

This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to influence quality strategy, drive operational excellence, and position yourself for a future leadership path into Quality Management. The organization is seeking a strong communicator and technical leader who can collaborate cross-functionally while elevating quality systems and compliance initiatives.

The Senior Quality Engineer will serve as a key contributor in shaping quality standards, improving testing methodologies, and ensuring compliance with global regulations. This individual will act as the bridge between engineering, supply chain, and customers—driving continuous improvement and ensuring product integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Systems & Regulatory Compliance:
  • Lead and ensure compliance with global electronics regulations including RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals.
  • Drive quality strategy through KPI analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Enhance and optimize internal testing protocols, including reliability validation and environmental testing processes.
Product Quality & Engineering Excellence:
  • Lead failure analysis investigations and implement robust corrective actions across internal teams and suppliers.
  • Evaluate product specifications and drive improvements that enhance overall product performance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain standardized quality documentation and testing methodologies.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive root cause solutions.
  • Mentor and train team members on quality systems, testing protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate supplier quality capabilities and implement corrective action plans to improve performance.
Customer-Focused Quality Strategy:
  • Act as a key liaison to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and translated into internal quality standards.
  • Support technical communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
  • Experience within electronics manufacturing or electronics assembly environments.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills – ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Hands‑on experience with global electronics compliance regulations (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals).
  • Experience working with LCD, OLED, or related display technologies.
  • Background in reliability testing, failure analysis, and quality engineering within complex electronic products.
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and CAD platforms.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and specifications.
Compensation Range:

$90,000 - $110,000
