JCW is working on a 6 month plus contract with a growing Medical Device company seeking a Sr Quality Engineer to join their team!

Position Summary:

Seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to support ongoing product improvements and manufacturing optimization initiatives for one of our key medical device product families. This individual will play a critical role in change control, process validation, and quality engineering activities tied to equipment updates and process improvements. Strong technical writing, familiarity with medium-level statistical methods, and experience in manufacturing process controls are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the change control process in accordance with site-specific and corporate quality system procedures
• Lead and support process validation activities, including OQ and PQ, particularly for new and modified equipment implementations
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement and support manufacturing process optimizations

Preferred Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within the medical device industry
• Experience with Windchill PLM is highly preferred
