SHINE Technologies is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to support AS9100 and AS13100 compliance for Neutron Imaging by developing, maintaining, and continuously improving processes, procedures, and work instructions to meet or exceed customer requirements.

The role leads internal audits, CAPA, and documentation, collaborates cross-functionally, and communicates with suppliers and customers on quality issues; includes supplier approval, calibration program maintenance, and continuous improvement

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field.
• 5+ years’ experience in quality engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with AS9100 and/or AS13100 requirements.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, schematics, BOMs, and use measurement equipment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

SHINE Technologies is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to support compliance to AS9100 and AS13100 for our Neutron Imaging by developing, maintaining, and continuously improving processes, procedures, and work instructions that result in products and services which meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations.

The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Duties And Responsibilities Of The Senior Quality Engineer

• Lead, plan, and carry out internal process audits, assessing non-conformances and completing audit reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field preferred. Equivalent job experience to be evaluated in lieu of education.
• At least 5 years’ experience in quality engineering in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency with AS9100 and/or AS13100 requirements preferred.
• Preferred training as internal auditor or ability to complete internal auditor training.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, schematics, bills of materials and use measurement equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required, with technical writing and editing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with a strong attention to detail and organization.
• Familiarity with root-cause analysis, statistical analysis, acceptance criteria, Human Factors, and internal audits.
• Familiarity with using an ERP/inventory management system.
• Familiarity with Continuous Improvement Programs

Working Conditions And Physical Effort

Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.

Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 40 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.

Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
