Axalta is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer at the Front Royal, VA facility. This role drives product quality, designs and deploys risk-mitigation processes, and supports continuous improvement across manufacturing and QA teams.
Responsibilities include CAPA oversight, audits, metrics tracking, and applying advanced statistical methods to improve processes. Travel up to 10% and mentoring of staff are expected components.

Summary: The Senior Quality Engineer proactively improves product quality. This role will help the functions and manufacturing site exceed our customer expectations by designing and deploying processes to mitigate product risk. Reports to: Site Quality Manager.

The expected compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 USD annually. The actual offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate's qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
