Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a leading automotive manufacturer in Farmington Hills, MI to recruit a Senior Quality Engineer / Quality Engineer for a hands-on role in a high-volume plant.

The position emphasizes leading quality initiatives, working across APQP, PPAP, FMEA and SPC, and driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions. You will interact with customers and internal teams and support audits to ensure IATF compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA and SPC required.
• Experience in a plant/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve floor-level issues
