Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or related roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar standards.
• Proficiency in quality tools including RCA, FMEA, SPC, and CAPA processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU MUST HAVE

• Proficiency in quality tools including root cause analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and corrective/preventive action processes

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability industries
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
• Proficient in Quality Management Systems
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies and certifications

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives
