Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Lansdale, PA seeks a Lead Quality Engineer to guide a team of quality professionals and drive quality excellence across our manufacturing operations.

You will conduct audits, implement corrective and preventive actions, develop training programs, and monitor key quality metrics, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and continually raise the bar for aerospace products.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage a team of quality engineers and technicians
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and efficiency

Qualifications

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 6+ years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating your understanding of the unique quality challenges in this sector.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, fostering a culture of quality and excellence across the organization.

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and techniques to strengthen our data-driven quality initiatives.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, facilitating continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • The ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring our processes remain at the forefront of quality standards
