You will apply quality assurance methods, lead continuous improvement, and perform internal audits to ensure products leaving Nortech are defect-free. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-functional teamwork, and rigorous process control.

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer who is passionate about quality, thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment, and wants to make a direct impact on the products that improve lives around the world.
The pay range for this role is $105,000 - $130,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other candidate qualifications.
We are willing to assist with relocation! Relocation Bonus may be applicable depending on your location.
Experience using Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and/or similar software collaboration tools at a proficient level.
Ideal candidate will bring AS9100 experience, expertise with the CAPA process and FAI experience.

Bachelors or better.
Three years’ professional experience in a manufacturing environment including:Working in a capacity requiring use of product quality assurance tools and methods including product and component analysis, testing, documentation, and statistical analysis. Reading and interpreting complex product or engineering schematics. Working with engineering and manufacturing partners to trouble shoot and problem solve complex product quality concerns. Communicate technical ideas and concepts.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or closely related subject area.Five years’ professional experience reading engineering specifications using technical terms and product design methodology in a manufacturing environment. Experience using Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and/or similar software collaboration tools at a proficient level.
Master’s degree in a related subject area and/or advanced professional training or certification.
