Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of data management or related experience.
• Experience managing or maintaining data within business systems and databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting, and validation).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP and/or Oracle).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI/Power Apps/Power Automate).

Responsibilities

• Manage creation, maintenance, and updates of product master and transactional data across PLM/ERP and global item platforms.
• Partner with Project Managers to set up new product launches with accurate data.
• Support lifecycle activities including introductions, changes, and discontinuations.
• Monitor data consistency across systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with quality management procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Document procedures and training materials; support change requests with data-driven input.
