Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Senior Quality Coordinator for our project in Franklin Furnace, OH. This in-person, full-time role sits on the Quality team and requires strong organization, leadership, and attention to detail to drive quality across field and office activities.

The successful candidate will manage QC documentation, coordinate inspections with trade partners, and participate in pre-installation meetings to ensure compliance with project standards and schedules.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of office or field construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the project quality control program and daily QC procedures to meet standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for document review and implementation during construction.
• Lead inspections with trade partners to ensure checklist accuracy before and after inspections.
• Familiar with general construction processes, testing protocols, soils, concrete, asphalt, and welding.
• Maintain QC documentation, ensure procedures are followed, and mitigate project risk.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specs, identifying errors for resolution.
