Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Senior Quality Coordinator to join our Quality team on the Shippingport, PA project. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring hands-on quality control leadership and coordination with field teams to meet project standards.

You will manage inspections, document review, and performance of quality procedures, mentor junior staff, and ensure accurate QC records while aligning with construction schedules and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of office or field construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Proficient in MS-based software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, BIM360, Field, SmartSheet, etc.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and management of the project quality control program and coordination to meet project standards and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external team members for document review, coordination, and implementation during construction and commissioning.
• Execute inspections with trade partners to oversee checklists and accuracy before and after inspection to mitigate project risk.
• Read and understand construction plans and specifications, identifying errors or redundancies for resolution.
