Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Senior Associate, Quality Control to develop and implement a quality control program for small and mid-sized projects.

You will support Site Ops Teams, run inspections, and coordinate with clients to ensure the QC program meets project needs. Ideal candidates will have active QC certifications, OSHA-30, Procore or Cx Alloy experience, and strong communication skills to interface with project teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Active certification with Army Corps of Engineers- Construction Quality Management for Contractors or an inactive certification that needs refreshing within 3 months of hire
• OSHA-30 certification or within 3 months of hire
• Motivated self-starter familiar with the QC process including developing a site-specific QC Program and establishing the 4 phases of control
• Proficient with Procore and/or Cx Alloy for QC documentation

Responsibilities

• Develop site-specific QC Programs for small to mid-sized projects and submit to QC leadership for final review
• Execute four phases of control (Planning, Preparatory, Initial and Inspections) for each FOW with teams
• Inspect incoming materials for submittal compliance and ensure proper storage
• Oversee field inspections and document deficiencies and non-conformances
