Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Quality Control Manager for our CA office. The role oversees QC engineering and inspections across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, welding, NDE, and electrical work in a collaborative team environment.

You will supervise staff, implement QC plans, review submittals, and coordinate with the owner's representative to ensure project quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required or considered with equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five to eight years of experience in quality control/assurance in construction.
• Experience across civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing disciplines preferred.
• Experience on large commercial projects and with LEED or government clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the approved Contractor Quality Control Plan and inspection processes.
• Review and control design and product submittals.
• Perform QC inspections and witness tests to determine acceptability of work.
• Coordinate QA inspectors with the owner's representative and maintain records.
