Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Quality Control Manager for our California office. You will lead quality control engineering and inspections across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, welding, NDE, and electrical work on large projects, ensuring compliance with plans, codes, and client requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required or will be substituted with education/experience.
Experience across civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing disciplines.
Experience on large commercial projects, LEED experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Interview, hire, train, and mentor staff; assign and direct work.
Develop and implement Contractor Quality Control Plan; coordinate inspections.
Perform quality control inspections and witness tests; review submittals.
Maintain quality control records, documentation, and audit readiness.
Coordinate with owner’s representative and QA inspectors; ensure project progress.
