Job summary

Nemean Solutions LLC in Columbus, OH, seeks a Contractor Quality Control Manager to develop, implement, and oversee the Quality Control Program for facility operations and maintenance at the Defense Supply Center Columbus.

The role ensures compliance with PWS, QASP, and customer requirements, coordinates government inspections, and delivers monthly QC reports. Strong QA background on federal contracts and analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience performing quality control on facility operations and maintenance contracts.
• Ability to develop or administer a Quality Control Plan and perform inspections and corrective-action verification.
• Ability to interpret performance work statements, QA surveillance plans, technical requirements, work orders, maintenance schedules, and metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and CMMS systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, technical-writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to complete required security training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain, and revise the Quality Control Program and site-specific QC Plan.
• Define QC methods, inspection frequencies, documentation practices, and corrective-action processes.
• Perform inspections and tests of facility services, equipment, and maintenance activities.
• Identify and communicate deficiencies and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain QC records and prepare monthly QC reports.
