Qualifications

• Excellent communications skills, oral and written.
• OSHA 30 certified (can be obtained after employment if necessary).
• Construction Quality Control for Contractors certified (can be obtained after employment if necessary).

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials, workmanship, and repairs comply with contract, plans, and codes.
• Review and approve submittals and perform daily inspections.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and monitor project progress.
• Create and maintain project documentation and submittal registers.
• Coordinate, lead and document quality control meetings and site inspections.
