Job summary

Ilocatum seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead QC for a multi-year federal border design-build project in Laredo, TX. You will own the CQC program covering barrier walls, roads, bridges, and related infrastructure, ensuring compliance with three-phase control, submittals, and testing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction quality control experience.
• Experience on at least two federal design-build projects.
• QCM or CQC Manager on at least two projects of $10M+ each; list project names and values on resume.
• Three-phase control, submittals, inspections, testing, and deficiency tracking.
• USACE CQM-C, or ability to obtain it.
• Willingness to live in the Laredo area for the project.

Responsibilities

• Run the CQC program for a multi-year federal border infrastructure contract.
• Three-phase control for every definable feature of work.
• Submittal management through government approval.
• Testing and field inspection coordination.
• Deficiency tracking and closeout.
• Daily QC documentation.
• Coordinate with government QA representatives.
