Job summary

Software Placement Group is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager for a multi-year federal design-build infrastructure project in the Laredo, TX area. The role requires living around Laredo and traveling as needed to oversee all QC activities.

You will manage three-phase QC processes, supervise submittals and testing, and coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance and timely deficiency resolution across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction QA/QC experience.
• Experience on at least two federal design-build projects.
• Must have served as QCM/CQC Manager on projects valued at $10M+ each.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control for a large federal design-build project.
• Manage three-phase QC processes across all activities.
• Oversee submittals, inspections and testing.
• Track and resolve deficiencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with government representatives on quality matters.
