C.W. Roberts Contracting, Inc. in Palm City, Florida is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead our asphalt QC program. You will oversee QC operations, supervise technicians, and ensure all asphalt products meet DOT and customer specifications.

Responsibilities include analyzing test data, reporting to management, developing training, and collaborating on process improvements while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in asphalt quality control.
• Asphalt Paving Level 2 and Asphalt Plant Level 2 Certifications required.
• Knowledge of asphalt testing procedures and industry standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee quality control operations and ensure asphalt products meet standards.
• Supervise and train QC technicians and conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain records of QC testing and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements.
• Develop and update QC training programs for staff.
• Assist in mix design development and plant production changes.
• Ensure lab activities comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
