Job summary

TDW Offshore Services AS is seeking a Quality Technician to maintain and improve the NCR process, document non-conformances, and ensure timely containment within the MRB area in collaboration with Production.

You will support the quality department with inspections, maintain traceability throughout assembly and maintenance of tools and equipment, and prepare non-conformity reports. Strong organizational skills and teamwork are essential to drive improvements and ensure ISO QA/QC compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality and manufacturing processes and documentation is a very good asset.
• Experience in measurement tools.
• Experience using multiple applications and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the NCR process by documenting non-conformances and maintaining the MRB area.
• Support the quality department by performing and recording inspections.
• Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to.
• Maintain traceability throughout assembly and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Establish non-conformity reports when necessary.
• Administer databases, reports and files to support QC functions.
• Maintain tools and instruments in conformity with ISO QA/QC recommendations.
• Suggest process and equipment improvements to the Quality Manager.
• Ensure non-conforming products are quarantined.
• Provide technical data and records to increase customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical assistance (defect detection, acceptance and rejection) to manufacturing.
