• Leads quality control activities, ensuring all products meet standards and addressing quality risks.
• Documents quality inspection processes, deviations, and corrective actions to optimize inspection accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintains calibration and organization of inspection tools and equipment for reliability.
• Diagnoses and resolves complex issues with inspection equipment, enabling timely repairs and upgrades.
• Trains and mentors junior inspectors to develop skills and knowledge within the team.
• Stays updated with industry advancements and integrates new techniques into inspection practices.
