Job summary

Catalent's Chelsea, MA site is a global Center of Excellence for spray dry dispersion and DPI capsule manufacturing, offering on-site quality control and analytical testing. The Quality Control Analyst III role supports product development, release, and stability testing, performing chemical and physical analyses of materials and products according to SOPs.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, onsite at Chelsea, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical or Chemical Sciences required or life sciences equivalent.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a cGMP regulated environment.
• Chromatography skills using Empower required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV-vis, FTIR, laser diffraction and KF.
• Statistically analyze data for trending and regulatory filings; participate in investigations.
• Monitor equipment daily to ensure proper operation and calibration.
• Assist in writing and updating analytical test procedures, protocols, logs and checklists.
• Identify issues on instruments/test executions and implement corrective actions.
• Organize workflows, provide guidance to colleagues, and promote new policies.
