Job summary

Catalent is seeking a Quality Control Analyst III for its Chelsea, MA site to support product development, release, and stability testing. You will perform chemical and physical analyses of raw materials, in-process materials, and drug products following SOPs, compiling data and contributing to investigations and SOP updates.

Shift: Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm; Location: Chelsea, MA; 100% Onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Physical or Chemical Sciences.
• 4–6 years in a cGMP regulated environment.
• Chromatography using Empower required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV-vis, FTIR, laser diffraction, and KF.
• Statistically analyze data for trending and regulatory filings; participate in investigations.
• Monitor equipment daily for operation and calibration.
• Assist in writing and updating analytical test procedures, SOPs, log books, and checklists.
• Identify issues on instruments and lead corrective actions.
• Organize workflows and provide guidance to colleagues; promote new policies.
• Other duties may be assigned
