Zusammenfassung

IDEX Corporation, a global manufacturing leader, is seeking a Sr. Quality Specialist to uphold ISO 9001 standards and drive quality across products and processes. You will coordinate CAPA, maintain the QMS, and partner with Operations and Engineering to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include auditing, process definition, training, and data-driven quality reporting. A strong quality background and ERP/QMS experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with ISO 9001 audits.

Aufgaben

• Plan, manage ISO Quality Policy and the ISO 9001 certification/re-certification process.
• Establish and maintain company’s Quality Management System, standards and specifications
• Review customer’s requirements and ensure they are met.
• Ensure manufactured components and assembled products meet company standards and objectives.
• Define quality procedures in collaboration with Operations.
• Own Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) processes.
• Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reporting tools.
• Calibrate and maintain analysis equipment.
• Work closely with Engineering to define testing requirements to ensure new products meet customer’s expectations.
• Ensure Operations employees are trained on proper quality checks.
