Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to receive, clean and evaluate product complaint return samples, including photos and inspections. You will interface with multiple sites and partners and manage sample inventory while authoring technical assessment reports.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field with 2+ years in QA/manufacturing within GMP pharmaceutical or medical device environments. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field; typically 2+ years of QA or manufacturing experience in GMP pharma or medical devices.
• Ability to evaluate documentation and operations against company guidelines with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to organize and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Receive, clean, and evaluate product complaint return samples including taking photos, x-rays, and performing written inspection.
