Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Senior Quality & Commissioning Manager to drive quality across data-center construction projects from design through turnover. You will lead commissioning activities, coordinate with design teams, contractors, and operations, and ensure safety and performance standards are met.

The role is based onsite in Wisconsin with significant travel. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in MEP construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with BIM/WBM tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related degree, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in MEP Construction; 8+ years preferred.
• Technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and how they interact.
• Strong verbal and written communication, plus organizational skills.
• Experience with BIM coordination tools: BIM 360, Navisworks, AutoCAD, REVIT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of testing, verification, and validation of critical systems (HVAC, electrical, IT infrastructure).
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, vendors, and operations to lead quality and commissioning from pre-construction through handover.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, project requirements, and industry standards.
• Prepare commissioning reports and training for operational teams.
• Mentor Vantage team members on quality and commissioning processes.
