Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a QCx Project Manager to drive quality and commissioning across data center projects on site in Wisconsin. You will lead testing, verification, and validation of critical infrastructure, coordinating with design teams, contractors, vendors, and operations to ensure readiness and adherence to safety and performance standards.

The role requires a BS in a relevant field and 4+ years in commissioning or construction management, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical, CS, or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in Commissioning, Construction Management, Automation Systems or related industries.
• Expected travel is 50%, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of testing, verification, and validation of critical systems (HVAC, electrical, IT).
• Monitor documentation of testing and inspections related to quality and commissioning.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure systems are installed per design and Vantage standards.
• Handle issue resolution and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety guidelines, and project requirements.
• Prepare commissioning reports and train operational teams.
