Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Quality & Commissioning Manager to drive excellence across data center projects. You will oversee testing, verification, and commissioning from design to handover, coordinating with design teams, contractors, and operations to ensure reliability and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, MEP construction experience, and expertise with BIM/AutoCAD tools.

Qualifications

• BS or related field with equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in MEP construction and commissioning.
• Strong communication and leadership for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee testing, verification, and validation of critical systems.
• Lead commissioning activities from pre-construction through handover.
• Coordinate with design, contractors, and operations to meet standards.
• Prepare commissioning reports and trainings for operations teams.
• Mentor team members on quality and safety practices.
