Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to help develop and implement quality policies, procedures and processes to ensure products meet regulatory standards. You will oversee production activities, train personnel, and educate leaders on quality policies, ensuring proper review and documentation.

The role requires 4‑8 years of experience (preferred), a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), GMP/GDP/audit experience (preferred), and involves 75% travel with a 3rd shift schedule.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Sponsored products knowledge, preferred.
• GMP, GDP, audit experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• 75% travel, 2-3 weeks per month; 3rd shift 5:00 am to 1:00 pm core hours. Hours can fluctuate.
• Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects.
• May contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
• Works on complex projects of large scope.
• Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
• Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives.
• Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects.
• Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives.
• May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.
