• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or related field.
• ITIL v3 Foundations certification.
• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain polygraph.
• Experience in QA for enterprise IT operations.
• Familiar with PMBOK and IT delivery life cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient MS Office (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and implement quality management processes to meet standards and contractual requirements.
• Conduct quality audits and implement preventive/corrective actions.
• Document validation procedures and support policy implementation.
• Measure and report contract performance objectives.
• Lead QA activities across program events and releases.
• Improve processes to enhance quality and productivity.
• Prepare periodic performance reports.
